Guarantee Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee

  • We guarantee live arrival on all fish and corals, as long as your package is accepted in a timely manner, or if “held for pick up” option was chosen, and package was picked up in a timely manner.
  • Signing for your package is not required. 
  • In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send 3 clear digital photos within 2 hours of delivery (based on time stamp on the carrier's website). Do not dispose of the fish or coral without our approval. Once we receive the digital photos, we will issue you a credit toward your next purchase. We do not issue refunds.
  • There is no guarantee on replacements or purchases made with a credit.
  • We do not guarantee losses that occur due to act of God or delays by airline or the carrier.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees of replacement.
  • Purchases with credit do not count towards shipping (excluding gift cards)
  • We can not take any livestock back. Please do not try to send them back to us.
