No longer need what you ordered? Ordered one too many? We've got your back.
We're happy to accept returns of new products in their original packaging within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund. Just give us a call or send us an email!
Placed your order in the last 30 days? Nice! Choose between a refund to your original form of payment or Reward Points – your call.
Over 30 days? No problem. We'll issue your refund in the form of store credit or rewards points, which you can use like cash on our site!
Custom Items, sumps, AIO Tanks, Top offs are considered custom items are not eligible for returns. If there is a defect we stand behind our products and will work to fix or replace your items.
Changed your mind about a product after opening the box and it's still unused? We can help.
Hold on to your packaging! If you purchased a product in the last 30 days that's opened but unused, has never seen saltwater and still has all its original packaging (warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.) we can accept your return and offer a refund to your original form of payment minus a small 15% restocking fee. Custom Items not available to be returned.
To qualify for a refund, you will need to send an email to us at within email@example.com 14 days of the order date.
Please follow these instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:
Include a copy of the invoice.
Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES DUE TO IMPROPER SHIPPING BACK TO US.
